Balkan & Regional Countries:

  • Serbia
  • Croatia
  • Montenegro
  • North Macedonia
  • Slovenia
  • Albania

European Union:

  • All EU member states

Other European Countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Norway

International:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • And other international destinations

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination:

Bosnia and Herzegovina:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

Regional Countries (Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Albania):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

European Union:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Other European Countries (UK, Switzerland, Norway):

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 4-7 business days

International (Worldwide):

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (promotional periods)
  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Bosnia and Herzegovina:

  • No additional customs fees for domestic orders

For Regional Countries (Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, etc.):

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on destination country regulations
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable fees

For EU Customers:

  • VAT is included in the price for EU destinations
  • No additional customs fees within the EU

For International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
  • BobCut is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

6. Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Track your order through the carrier's website or contact us for assistance

7. Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at bobcut@bobcut.store
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes may be possible before shipment; contact us immediately

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
