REFUND POLICY

At BobCut, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used haircutting scissors (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process

  1. Contact us at bobcut@bobcut.store with your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions and shipping address
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
